4: Consumers Energy Payment Offices and Authorized Pay Agents: Please Note: 4 Direct Payment Offices are Closing Permanently. As more customers have transitioned to the online payment options, fewer are visiting their in-person payment centers. As a result, they’ve made the decision to permanently close the following locations effective July 1, 2021:

  • Battle Creek
  • Macomb Pontiac
