How To Register For Online Access To Your Direct Energy Account
If you are a Direct Energy customer but have not used the Direct Energy online account services, then you are required to create an online account including a username and password. To set up your Direct Energy account, you need to register on Direct Energy login page and click on “First Time User“

- In email, type the email address that you selected when you signed up for online account.
- In Password, type your password.
- Click Log In.
Once logged in, you can view your account summary, make your Direct Energy bill payments, and update your profile information. You can also activate paperless statements and set up autopay to have your monthly statement automatically paid each month from a checking or savings account.
