How To Register For Online Access To Your Just Energy Account
If you are a Just Energy customer but have not used the Just Energy online account services, then you are required to create an online account including a username and password. To set up your Energy Just account, you need to register on Direct Energy login page and and select “Sign Up.”
You will need to enter your email address, account number, billing zip code and a password. You can find your account number at the top of your bill above your name and address. Customers can view and pay their bills, sign-up for paperless billing, set up automatic payments, and monitor their energy usage all from their My Account page.
