If you are a new student, you need to set up and check your Walden email. This is the primary communication channel between you and Walden. Regularly check your inbox on myWalden (“Academics” page, upper right corner) for important updates from instructors, and about upcoming events, academic support, and more.

Connect With Your Advisor
Schedule an appointment to connect with an advisor. Walden Student Success Advisors are well versed on program requirements and can assist you with any questions you may have about courses, program requirements, and policies. They’re also great at connecting you with their many university resources and providing best practices for success.
Sometimes new students experience technical difficulties or have a hard time navigating Walden’s online classroom. Don’t let fear stand in your way, as Walden have a dedicated 24/7 tech support team dedicated to making your experience both productive and rewarding.

Walden Student Portal: How To Access myWalden Student Portal
If you are an existing student to the myWalden student portal that means you can access your classroom, register for class, manage your finances, and find other university resources and services to support your success during your journey at Walden.
Follow the steps below to login to your myWalden Student Portal
- Navigate to https://my.waldenu.edu/
- Click on login
- Enter your myWalden e-mail address
- Then enter your password.
- Click Sign In to enter your myWalden portal.
- Welcome to your Walden student portal.
- Access your personal and academic information.
How To Find Forms, Documents, Grades, Bill, and Transcript Information
Log in to your Walden student portal and select “Quick Links” under the “Menu” icon in the top left corner. Here you will see three options for your convenience. First, “My Information,” where you can print a student ID, manage your password, view name change information, and more.
Next, “My Education” to order transcripts, view your degree audit, and more. Then, “My Finances” for financial forms, viewing your financial aid account, managing your account/making a payment, and more.
